How do I finalize the reservation?
For some of our boats, you can make the payment through the website, paying 50% of your reservation in advance and the other 50% on the day of departure. There is also the option to pay 100% in advance.
For other boats, you will need to fill out a form with your contact details, and we will get in touch with you. Your reservation will not be confirmed until we receive a deposit.
What is the age requirement to rent a vessel?
In general, the skipper must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid boating license.
Can I rent a vessel by the hour?
t depends on the vessel; generally, the minimum rental is 4 hours, but you can always contact us to inquire.
How do I reserve a vessel?
You can make a reservation through our website, by email, or by phone. You will need to provide contact information, the date, and the number of people. A deposit will also be required to confirm the reservation.
What happens if the weather conditions are not favorable on the day of my reservation?
If the weather conditions are adverse, you will have the right to change your rental day at no extra cost. If you are unable to change to another day, you may cancel the charter with a 100% refund.
Can I bring my pets on board?
Pets are always welcome in our company.
What happens if I damage the vessel during my rental?
You will be responsible for any damage caused to the vessel during your rental. Generally, a security deposit will be required when making the reservation to cover potential damages. If any damage occurs, it will be deducted from the security deposit, and you will be charged the additional cost if necessary.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation. Cancellation fees may vary depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Be sure to read the cancellation policy before making a reservation.

No previous kayaking experience is required to join our routes. We offer low-difficulty routes.

The price of the route includes kayak rental, necessary equipment (paddles, life vests, etc.), a brief introduction, guidance on the route, drinks, snacks, a dry bag, snorkel goggles, a GoPro photo session, and civil liability insurance.
What should I bring for the kayak route?
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
Can I bring my own food and drinks on the route?
Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks on the route, although we offer soft drinks, some snacks, and fruit.
Can I bring my own kayak?
Yes, you can bring your own kayak if you wish.
How long do the kayak tours last?
The duration of the routes varies depending on the route chosen, but most of our routes last between two and three hours.
