Cancellation policy
With IbizAventura you can cancel or modify your reservation for justified reasons and we do not charge you management fees.. Our policy is as follows:
CHARTER
- Cancellations more than one month in advance will be refunded 100%.
- Cancellations between 1 and 4 weeks prior to departure will be refunded 75%.
- Cancellations less than 1 week in advance will not be refunded.
KAYAKING and PADDLE SURFING
- Cancellations up to 7 days in advance will be entitled to a 100% refund.
- Cancellations up to 7 to 3 days before the reservation will be entitled to a refund of 85% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Cancellations from 24 to 48 hours before the reservation will be entitled to a refund of 70% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are penalised with 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
In the event of not being able to carry out the reserved activity due to weather conditions beyond the control of both parties or serious health or family reasons, a discount voucher will be generated for the amount paid to exchange for the same activity or any other activity we offer. . In the event of having to cancel it and not being able to enjoy it later for justified reasons, the service could be refunded.
In any of our rentals, in the case of an early return due to weather conditions or force majeure, there is the option to enjoy the difference of hours on another day with better conditions.
The company does not assume any reimbursement in the event of returning at any time for personal reasons after the start of the activity.
In the case of hiring a kayak, paddle surf or charter route, if the weather conditions are not favourable in the planned area, there is the possibility of changing the place, day or time of departure.
