Welcome to Ibiza

When people mention Ibiza, the first image that comes to mind are the macro discotheques and techno parties, but there is also another side that very few get to know and enjoy. Ibiza, part of the Balearic archipelago, hides magical places that give off a peace that very few find. If you are looking for a few days of disconnection and relaxation, you are in the right place. A good holiday itinerary has to contain moments of absolute relaxation, and one of the favourite places for visitors is undoubtedly Cala Benirrás to watch the sun go down. Little is said about the vibe we give off in those moments or when we sit in front of the famous Es Vedra. Ibiza really started out as a fishermen’s town, which is why they have so many jetties. Together with Formentera and the more than fifty islets that surround the coast they form the Pitiusas Islands, let’s say that it is an archipelago within an archipelago, although at an administrative level it is only one. It is an area of about 572 km, from end to end it can be covered in between one and two hours by car, depending on the stops and the traffic. A very nice route to take is by bicycle, although it is a three- to four-hour ride. It is 75 kilometres long and about 26 kilometres wide. A boat or kayak along the coast is also a very good option, as you can access even the island’s most hidden coves. Little by little we will be telling you more about the island, about its magical places and where you can enjoy its gastronomy.
